We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care, to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities. Please Note: We are looking for full-time PM and Night Shift coverage only, and can provide consecutive shifts to provide a healthy work/life balance. Key responsibilities: Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Budgeting and financial management and staff management Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff What's in it for you? Single room accommodation available in a Capecare shared house during your 3-month probation period and whilst you familiarise yourself with the south-west. Upon completion of your probation period, a weekly rental fee of approximately $250-$300 per week, including bills, will be required. Ongoing training and opportunities for growth (including Ageing Australia Transition to Practice Program). Sponsorship options are also available for Australian-based nurses who currently meet the criteria listed below. Sponsorship is offered upon successful completion of the 3-month probation, with sponsorship lodgment commencing within 6 months of joining Capecare. To be successful in this role: You must be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration. Minimum of 1 Year of full-time Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach If requiring sponsorship: Your current visa must have 8 - 12 months until expiry at the time of application.
